The company is owned and operated by Directors and brothers John & Paul Dowdeswell,
John and Paul both arrive from a service engineering background with each having gained over 30 years experience within the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
With this wealth of combined knowledge they are fully equipped to understand every aspect of any air conditioning requirement and can confidently provide for your design, installation, service or maintenance demands.
The specialist knowledge and understanding required in the air conditioning sector requires an expert team to carry out these works effectively and to ensure our high standards are continually upheld D-MEC Services Ltd have their own directly employed team of engineers to carry out all aspects of your air conditioning requirements.
Our directly employed installation, service and maintenance teams are all qualified service engineers with many years experience within the air conditioning industry, we are proud that all of our valued engineers have been with us over 5 years.
We understand the importance of continual workplace training and development and all our staff receive regular training to ensure we continue to operate to the latest industry standards.
Our training is diverse and covers aspects such as first aid, health and safety, refrigerant handling, environmental awareness as well as regular manufacturer training and industry recognised certification such as -
Office Support Staff
The smooth operation of many businesses often relies upon the efficiency of the office based support staff and D-MEC Services Ltd has their Main office and workshop at Unit 8, Collec Depot, Leighton Buzzard, Beds.
Our dedicated office team ensure that service calls and enquiries are always met with professionalism ensuring our existing and new clients receive prompt service and all the assistance we are able to provide.
The office team also ensure the service and maintenance teams are deployed effectively and receive the entire backup they require regarding service and installation materials and spare parts.
Should your valued phone call fall outside our weekday office hours 08.00 – 17.00, your call will be forwarded to our dedicated answering service and should your call be of an urgent nature, they will direct your enquiry to the dedicated standby engineer on call to meet any emergency requirements you may need.
